From 2007 to 2010, Guillaume was working within Constructa’s the acquisition team. Under the management of the head of department, he has closed deals on behalf of ultra-high net worth investors and pan European real estate investment funds such as JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley… Either asset deals or share deals, the investment volume per unit ranged from €1m to over €200m (offices, retails, residential).
From 2006 to 2007, he worked as part of Industrial Securities’ asset management team.
Guillaume has a BA Business and Management from the University of Exeter (UK) and a masters degree in finance major Real Estate from University Paris Dauphine (Master 246).
