  • Investment volume: €1m to €50m
  • Type of deal: asset deal or share deal
  • Ownership: preference for full ownership
  • Asset classes: residential or commercial (offices, warehouses, retails and light industrial)

We like value add investments but we can also look into more secured deals for our core investors looking for a beautiful building or a secured cash flow.
